Job Description:

We are looking for End User support for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Required Skills


  • End User Hardware Asset lifecycle management Assets receiving tracking Deployment Redeployment of assets as per the request fulfillment management process

  • Decommission Disposal Asset Audits Stock Management tracking at the physically supported office locations

  • Provisioning Initial troubleshooting to fix the issue or provision loaner replacement devices Asset Delivery Physically within campus to Business Partner seats and remote shipping Data Recovery

  • Transfer of data from one asset to another asset of the end user Vendor Coordination for replacements warranty repairs Asset Refresh Software imaging with standard images before asset deployment VDI Provisioning based on established SOPs Ongoing CMDB Updates based on provisioning decommissioning of the assets

  • Managed Patching of Desktops Laptops VDI and MacOS devices Mobile Provisioning Primary contact for Tier 3 Incidents Primary contact for monitoring Mobile team functional email mailboxes Provisioning of Marketing Event iPads Provisioning of Mobile device requests other tasks assigned
