We are looking for a Brand Representative who will grow with us in California.
The function of the Brand Representative is to provide knowledgeable sales support to retailers and growers in California and surrounding states. By representing our Nutrient and Growing Media brands the Brand Representative will help generate revenue for our company by educating and selling our preferred brands. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.
In this role you will:
Become the leading authority for our Signature Nutrient and Signature Growing Media offering
Field customer calls and emails in a timely fashion
Ability to travel frequently overnight
Represent the company at customer events, grand openings and trade shows
Put together samples and marketing packages/posters for customers
Submit marketing inventory requests
Run reports and analyzing them for opportunities
Set up displays and assure our brands have shelf appeal
Send out approved email blasts on new products, stock issues and tips
Salesforce Entry
Learn and understand our customers and industry
Work closely with respective field sales team to increase customer awareness and grow revenue
The perfect person will have:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly organized
Gardening/Horticulture experience preferred
Experience in customer service field preferred
Flexible schedule including the ability to work some weekends throughout the year
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Doc, CRM/Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written skills
