The Information Technology leader in the ITT Corporate IT organization primarily supports the Financial Shared Services organization (FRC) in Seneca Falls, NY. Multifaceted responsibilities include managing application development resources, managing large-scale financial and compliance applications, project management, and providing ongoing IT strategy and guidance to the business leaders. The IT FRC Manager role will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, designing, and configuring of the FRC SAP ECC environment as well as all other systems and processes utilized in support of the Shared Services organization. S/he will also help support other ITT Corporate functions.

Overall responsibility for the analysis, development, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise level financial and logistic applications such as General Accounting, Credit/Collections, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement
Provide day-to-day management of application development and support personnel
Project manage the IT aspects of all emerging financial and logistics shared services initiatives
Perform Business Analysis and become trusted partner with business leaders
Guide the architecture and technical design of applications
Maintain project dashboards and provide weekly updates; identify and remediate problems and bottlenecks timely and effectively
Assist in application development and support on an as needed basis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree, a plus.
5 - 7 years' experience with large-scale systems planning, analysis, design, and development projects
Experience leading IT development and support staff along preferred
Demonstrated ability to partner with individuals at all levels of the business
Understanding of finance and accounting concepts/systems including AR, AP, G/L, Sales Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and, Fixed Assets
Experience in performing business process analysis and documentation
Evidence of leadership competencies including team-building, high energy self-starter, self-confidence, results orientation, interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communications skills
Hands on experience with SAP ECC and Microsoft tools is required;
Understanding of data integrations using tools like MQ and SAP PI/PO preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Demonstrated ability to manage time on multiple concurrent projects and/or activities.
Project Management certification, a plus
