As a Concierge Coordinator, you are responsible for fulfilling concierge desk requests with thoughtful, caring, and fun ideas.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Process and execute requests from the following sources: Service Now tickets, email requests, and phone requests. Close out Service Now tickets upon completion for accurate record keeping and tracking.
Pick up and deliver items and gift requests, and run errands as needed.
Fulfill unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging unique experiences for employees.
