Description

Your role at MOBE

Responsibilities:


  • Assists with ongoing coordination of meetings, programming, training, and activities related to DE&I

  • Supports tactical execution of DE&I objectives

  • Research and benchmark DE&I emerging trends and best practices

  • Manage and innovate internal and external DE&I communication platforms (i.e. DE&I teams pages, SP, email inbox, etc.)

  • Collaborates with various other departments and co-workers to plan successful inclusive events

  • Supports evolution and improvement of DE&I analytics and reporting

  • Collaborate with L&D team to integrate DE&I content and manage execution of large scale learning programs

  • Coordinate implementation of DE&I education (seminars, webinars, virtual and in-person events)




Position Requirements

Required


  • Self-starter, high functioning able to work independently utilizing know and new resources to seek answers
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, time management
  • Demonstrated commitment to DE&I
  • High degree of cultural awareness, sensitivity, and flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand variety of viewpoints and foster opportunities in a multicultural and collaborative environment
  • Ability to exercise a high-level of initiative, discretion and judgment regarding sensitive and confidential matters
  • Disciplined self-starter, resourceful and able to re-prioritize


Preferred


  • Active member of an ESAP work group (not required)
  • Background and/or strong interest and willingness to lear more about DE&I related topics
