Accounting Associate

Gaithersburg, MD

Your tasks:

As a key member of the Miltenyi Biotec Accounting team, you will prepare contract billing data, reconcile back up documents to customer invoices, process customer invoices and review customer accounts for correctness. Within this role you will also perform month end duties as required inclusive of GL review and analysis, prepare journal entries, support month-end reporting and special projects as needed. This role also requires inter-department and intercompany communications and transactions and the parent company to enable the continuous success of Miltenyi Biotec as a whole.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree with 2-5 years' experience in business/accounting functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
