USESI/US Renewables Solutions for a motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
Process orders and assist with customers inquiries over the phone, via email, and at the counter.
Record and enter orders into computer accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and quickly communicate problem items and orders to customer.
Monitor and maintain calling, open order, back order, and trouble queue's.
Provides new and current customers with product information including pricing, delivery, inventory stocking, and/or backorder availability functionally equivalent cross matches and value added product information.
Negotiates and establishes sales quotes based on volume of products purchased and nature of marketplace to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability.
Evaluates problem accounts/orders and works with appropriate personnel to develop strategies, tactics and contingency plans to obtain desired market share.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the branch manager including but not limited to warehouse and administrative functions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivelent.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Knowledge of Eclipse software a plus.
Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task.
