Job Description:

WEX is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and drive Talent Management efforts for WEX's Corporate Technology organization. Talent Managers at WEX are broadly responsible for performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and surveying, talent assessment and organizational design. This position will partner closely with the Corporate Technology HR Business Partners and the Corporate Technology Leaders to drive and support the Talent Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partners with the Corporate Talent Management team to create a process to support succession planning, including turn-key ready materials for HRBPs to leverage during succession planning conversations


  • Organizes and attends succession planning meetings in partnership with the Corporate Technology HR Business Partners


  • Partners with HRBPs to build development plans and tracking mechanisms for all critical talent and high potential employees


  • Maintains list and tracks development of critical talent and high potential employees year-over-year


  • Manages the full performance management process, from goal setting to year-end assessment for Corporate Technology



  • Partners across the Corporate Talent Management team to build, analyze and drive action planning in relation to employee surveys for Corporate Technology


  • Collaborates on Corporate Technology culture initiatives


Additional Responsibilities May Include:


  • Collaborating with the Corporate Talent Management team and the Talent Development team to create necessary training materials to support goal setting, feedback, coaching and performance evaluation


  • Leading critical experience mapping process for Technology roles


  • Partner on organizational design efforts for Corporate Technology


  • Support M&A integration activities related to Corporate Technology


  • Drive Talent Assessment strategy across Corporate Technology, including partnering with Corporate Talent Management team to assess pre and post hire assessments


Who We Are Looking For:


  • 3-5+ years of related and relevant job experience


  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field


  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment


  • Agile and open to change


  • Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to present to executives


  • A critical thinker who will be a thought partner and focus on improvements and solutions


  • Ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, HRBPs, COEs and employees


  • Ability to consult and diagnose situations to recommend solutions for improvement


  • Proactive and creative problem solver
