Brief Description

Rexnord Industries, LLC, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Sales Analyst to drive data analysis and reporting for our commercial team. This highly visible role will be a key contributor to the development of our strategies and monitoring key metrics to ensure that we are on track to meet our commercial objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and collect sales forecast data used for production planning and commercial forecasting

  • Update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to sales forecasts and ensures data has been recorded accurately.

  • Update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to pricing and ensures data has been recorded accurately.

  • Maintain core data tables that drive forecast calculations in Tableau and serve as subject matter expert on forecast creation.

  • Support development and maintenance of process for calculating Forecast Accuracy.

  • Assists in updating pricing in ERP system related to quotes and order entry.

  • Support development and maintenance of reports and analysis tools in Tableau.


Job Requirements

Capabilities and Success Factors

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Computer Science, or Data Science

  • 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Previous experience with data extraction and analysis is preferred.

  • Must be an advanced Excel user with strong systems background and proven ability to extract, manipulate, and, analyze data to drive commercially related decisions.

  • Able to manage 60,000 or more rows of excel data

  • Pivots, V-lookup, connecting multiple files a must

  • Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with sales, customer service and planning teams

  • Able to learn and use Data Report Tool - Tableau

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a sales team
