Job Information

The Solutions and Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to oversee a specific product line from conception to market launch, and to drive adoption of new the product line in the market globally. You will be accountable for running your area of responsibility like a business andfor the financial success of this new product line. You will engage with sales teams, partners and external customers to understand customer needs, and translatethose needs into viable solutions. Your initiatives will drive an evolution of the Avaya go-to-market strategy, as Avaya solutions evolve to fit within the composable enterprise architecture. In order to be successful in this role, you should have expertise in Unified Communications, Contact Center applications and communication services as a platform. You should also have a balance of technical and business / market expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive results.

EXPERIENCE


  • Strong experience in launching new solutions to market.

  • Solid background with Unified Communications and/or Contact Center applications.

  • Demonstration of quantifiable success in previous roles.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including leading global teams.

  • Big picture thinking on emerging products and technologies


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


  • Full time position, with opportunities to work remotely.

  • Limited travel required.


EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • MBA a plus.
