Under supervision of the CETO Director and in collaboration with the Clinical Program Directors, meets clinical fellowship needs and implements all phases of fellowship programs at St. Jude. Primarily responsible for the following: Clinical Fellow Recruitment, Program Coordination, and Career Development for St. Jude clinical fellows. Represents St. Jude at on- and off-campus recruitment events and other recruitment efforts and serves as a liaison between candidates and program directors during the recruitment process. Assesses and monitors recruitment effectiveness at St. Jude compared with our competitors in an effort to provide guidance about our recruitment processes and strategies. Coordinates the day-to-day efforts of non-ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) fellowship programs. Ensures fellow and program compliance by monitoring adherence to and maintaining current policies and procedures, maintaining and distributing educational goals, objectives, and curricula, and developing tools to assess competencies. In collaboration with the other members of CETO, assists clinical fellows with career development and advancement through workshops and networks with other pediatric cancer institutions.



  • Bachelor's degree in business education, healthcare administration, education, communication, biomedical, or healthcare related field is required.

  • Master's degree is preferred.



  • Three (3) years of relevant experience required, which includes clinical fellow recruitment and or experience coordinating a fellow training program.

  • Experience in administration, event planning or marketing preferred.

  • Experience working with ACGME requirements preferred.
