Remote Care Coordinator II - CRM/CIED - Full Time


Location: Remote

Full time - 40 hours (benefits offered)

Overall Job Summary


  • A Remote Care Coordinator II will provide technical, educational, and operational support within the assigned hub to deliver timely device reports, both billable and alert-based reports. Maintains the device portals, schedules, and alert programming.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities




  • Technical Support



    • Provides clinical support to the customer for device interrogations within 48 hours of receipt


    • Works directly with patient engagement team to re-engage disconnected patients


    • Provide troubleshooting support as requested





  • Operational Support



    • Assures completion of patient registration and any other required hospital documentation via the jotform enrollment


    • Assists with managing daily coverage logistics as needed





  • Educational Support


    • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on Geneva workflows, platforms, or solutions for which training has been completed




  • Ongoing Technical Development


    • Stays up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings



  • Completes all assigned training in a timely manner



Other Duties/Responsibilities


  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements



  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience



  • Relevant Work Experience:



    • Successfully completes Geneva University training


    • Experience with in office device checks/interrogations of all four medical device manufacturers (Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic) or previous field clinical specialist experience with one of the four manufacturers


    • Experience utilizing all four home monitoring websites preferred


    • 5 years in a device clinic for an MA, 1 year in a device clinic for a RN, or 3 years of industry experience





  • Licenses/Certifications:



    • licensed nurse (RN, LPN, LVN) or medical device technicians


    • CCDS preferred


    • CRAT/CCT obtained 180 days of employment





Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




  • Knowledge/Abilities -Technical Skills:



    • Has basic understanding of how Geneva products and solutions offer value to the customer


    • Has a basic understanding of the competitive landscape


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office




  • Customer Service: WECARE - BioTelemetry based customer centric program
