Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Provides fast and flawless service to every customer.



  • Performs uniform fittings of all new hires and re-fits all employees as required.


  • Makes alterations to uniforms to ensure compliance with company uniform guidelines and employee appearance standards as required.


  • Ensures all equipment used is maintained in good condition.


  • Maintains stock in a neat, orderly fashion.


  • Records daily activities and work performed.


  • Creates and maintains employee badges and property signage.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.


  • At least 1 year experience operating a sewing machine and making alterations to garments preferred.


  • Must possess knowledge of basic garment construction.


  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.


  • Must possess basic computer skills.

JOB DEMANDS :


  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.


  • Position requires 75% is sitting, 15% walking and 10% standing.


  • Requires some bending, twisting, stooping and reaching overhead.


  • Must be able to respond to touch, speech, aural and visual cues.


  • Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.


  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment involving constant internal/external customer contact.
