The Clinical Operations Associate performs a variety of reporting, data entry and administrative support for the Clinical Operations Department. This position will involve interface with primary care teams and CCA contracted vendors.

- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience - 2+ years - Associates Degree + - Proficient with MS Office Suite - Ability to type 40+ WPM - Ability to problem solve and be proactive - Ability to complete tasks in an organized fashion - Excellent written and verbal communication skill

What You'll Be Doing
- Input and maintain a variety of data bases and spreadsheets - Participate in data collection for reporting purposes - Entering Inpatient data; ensuring admission and discharge dates are accurate and entered timely - Performs a QC of data on the MDS and enters the MDS data into Mass Health online. - Creation/distribution of reports - Interface with Primary Care Locations - Creation /distribution of letters to vendors - Assists with resolving Personal Care Attendant issues - Assist with trainings and presentations - Support special program staff with administrative needs - Offer recommendations for improvements in office practices and process flow as identified - Sorting and organizing information - Photocopying, filing and shredding - May provide support to other departments, as needed
