We are currently seeking aProject Coordinatorto join our growing Electrical ConstructionDivision. This detail-oriented individual will play a crucial, hands-on role in making sure our projects operate smoothly, coordinating and providing administrative excellence from job start-up to closeout.



Project Administration



  • Coordinatingand completingproject reports and deliverables.

  • Trackingchange orders.

  • Preparingand distributingbid packages.

  • Maintainingproject documentation and organizingnetwork per the Project Manager's request.

  • Distributingdocuments to internal and external parties.

  • Assistingwith / leads invoice substantiation process

  • Assisting yourteam with maintenance and archiving of project records.

  • Assistingwith the creation of State-specific documentation.

  • Takingdirection to complete administrative tasks.

  • Trackingthe risk review process and maintaining the necessary paperwork throughout a project.

  • Organizing anetwork and hardcopy files.

  • Assistingwith labor tracking and forecasting.


Communication



  • Attendingteam meetings and ensuringthe follow-up of resulting action items.

  • Takingand publishing your team'smeeting minutes as requested.

  • Communicatingwith Purchasing Team and outside vendors to order and expedite material.

  • Coordinatingtravel arrangements and expense reports.

  • Facilitatinginformational vendor reviews.

  • Managingflow of information to project management systems and stakeholders.



What we would like to see from you:



  • High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience required.

  • Three (3) years of experience in administrative function or business environment preferred.

  • Prior construction administration experience preferred.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
