HR Business Partner - Sales at Spirax Sarco Inc in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Spirax Sarco is an international manufacturer of Steam solutions, and customers across the O&G, F&B, Pharma and OEM industries.

We are looking to identify a HRBP to provide comprehensive HR support, by developing and implementing HR strategies for client groups. Balances business and organizational needs with people strategies and support. Will have the ability to diagnose organizational effectiveness gaps, designs and/or deploys interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, employee performance and manages company and employee risks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the talent management and performance enabling processes


• Workforce Skills Assessments and Development


• Workforce and organizational restructurings


• Employee Engagement


• Driving a culture of Inclusion and Wellbeing


• Manager and organizational effectiveness and change leadership


• Coaching and guiding employee performance


• Contributing to HR operational excellence


• Will act on various operational aspects of the HR function that may include: training, data reporting and analysis, compensation reviews, performance reviews, legal, and employee relations

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.


• 10+ years of directly related professional level Human Resources experience in multiple facets function


• Experience in talent management and selection, employee relations, HR business partnership, employee engagement, employment law


• Solid experience in a Sales/Commercial organizations


• Manufacturing experience/exposure beneficial


• Understanding of compensation and total rewards components as levers to drive performance


• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, or CCP) preferred.
