The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Verso's HR systems and processes, including HRIS, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
Key Accountabilities:
HRIS/Payroll and Talent Management system administrator / Tier 1 customer support
Process bi-weekly payroll
Manage and maintain a shared e-mail box
Perform HRIS data and process audits on a quarterly basis, communicate results and establish and monitor corrective actions.
Create and maintain end-user procedures and process flows associated with HR systems and data management
Work closely with HR, Benefits, and Talent Management teams to ensure proper training and execution of data entry and maintenance procedures
Build and deliver standard and/or customized reports as requested
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports
Participate in annual salary survey process
Participate in various Compensation and HRIS projects, as system subject matter expert and data analyst
Analyze and interpret HR, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management data

Job Requirements
Minimum Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other business related field
1-3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst and/or HR System Administrator
Minimum Required Skills:
HRIS acumen and related system and process management experience is required
Advanced proficiency in MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook is required
Success in this position will be dependent upon the successful candidate's ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert in Verso's HR systems
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with system implementation, configuration, or enhancement is a plus
Prior experience with HR data analysis and HR data analytics is a plus
Prior experience with payroll and taxation is a plus
