POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a highly visible role, responsible for aiding the business in the analysis and implementation of supply chain strategies across the Wine & Spirits portfolio and liaising with Commercial and Operations business partners. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in advising S&OP stakeholders to risks and opportunities across related to CBI Inventory, Distributor Inventory and New Product Development (NPD) execution, while also supporting over S&OP needs. Collaboration across Operations, Growth, Finance, Marketing & Sales is critical to success in this role. This position will support a team charged with driving change across the W&S organization. This role requires the ability to challenge status quo and build new practices, metrics and reporting for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement and enhance processes and systems to actively monitor and manage Network (CBI + Distributors) inventory to support CBI’s strategic goals.
Implement and enhance processes and systems to improve NPD Planning and Execution visibility. Serve as the single point of contact for all things NPD (Demand & Supply)
Serve as the primary contact for all things Allocations by ensuring Sales and Operations remain aligned on allocated SKUs
Work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact inventory insights across a variety of core business areas
Develop comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business, and work to achieve the organization's operational and financial goals
Develop and support the S&OP Center of Excellence for performance dashboards, reporting and metrics

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university majoring in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or other business-related field
1-3 years’ experience in Planning, Finance, Optimization, Continuous Improvement, or other analytical roles
Ability to deliver concise, summarized assessments that drive effective business decisions
Excellent proficiency in Excel including Power Query and Power Pivot; experience in modeling with large, disparate datasets and visualization techniques
Solid understanding of relational databases
Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, related internal functions, external partners, and on project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in supply chain role in CPG industry or beverage manufacturer
Ability and high comfort level with presenting across all levels of an organization
Visualization software experience (MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)
SQL, VBA and/or other programming language skills a bonus
Model building expertise to answer “what if” scenarios
APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD)
ERP systems knowledge (JDA, SAP S/4HANA)
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
