Job Description:
Qualis Corporation is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to assist the Program Manager in leading a diverse team with a focus on test documentation and data collection services for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT. This is a full-time position.
Essential Functions
- Report to the PM and performs other duties as assigned.
- Perform PM duties when PM is absent.
- Demonstrate effective communication and supervisory skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor�s or higher degree in physical sciences preferred or equivalent to 7 years of experience performing duties that are typically in or related to this line of work.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and interpersonal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to be innovative and adapt to changing program requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills are also desirable.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams of scientists and/or engineers in the planning and execution of test programs.
- Demonstrated experimental and laboratory experience in areas related to CB defensive systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of high-level scientific/engineering professionals and other technical staff.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of cost estimates, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and budgeting processes.
Clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
