Provide critical support to Dematic Global Software Solutions team in order to achieve key organizational objectives. Responsible for building and maintaining organizational metrics; providing business intelligence to leadership team; and implementing process improvement measures that are key to the success of software team.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather info from various resources & tools and consolidate data into meaningful reports.


2. Work with a diverse global team to identify ways to support Software Engineering activities.


3. Continuously improve (process, tools, communication, etc.) with creative solutions.


4. Maintain critical internal reports and perform monthly maintenance to make sure key results are updated and validated for the leadership team.


5. Build new and insightful business metrics that measure the success of the organization.


6. Analyze outcome from a wide range of measures and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Excellent time/task management skills: complete assigned tasks on time. Ability to meet critical deadlines and be flexible when the project scope and/or deadline changes.


2. Ability to work with multiple tools to produce executive and management dashboards, providing detailed reports and summaries as requested.


3. Strong knowledge and interest in database management: PowerBI experience and/or SQL query experience strongly preferred.


4. Strong knowledge and interest in corporate reporting: excel modeling experience preferred.


5. Prefer to have completed studies in the fields of Management Information System and/or Business Information System.


6. Good understanding of finance, talent management and operational objectives.


7. Ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions.


8. Ability to prioritize projects and has the courage to speak up if risks and opportunities are identified.


9. Ability to learn new tools, process and a strong desire to learn anything new.


10. Ability to work and solve problems independently.

Education:

Finance or Engineering field required.  Finance or Computer Science preferred.

Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills.


• Working knowledge of ETL (Extract Transform and Load) processes.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience capturing business requirements and delivering business intelligence solutions.


• Working knowledge of SQL database concepts and query building.


• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools; such as Power BI and Power Automate.


• Advanced working knowledge of Excel.


• 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or similar role.
