Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are key to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth.

What will I be doing:

The Senior Regional Director of Sales and Revenue Management - Focused Service Division will lead the development and implementation of strategic commercial plans to improve profitability and market share. The Senior Director will develop and lead subject area resources across enterprise and hotel teams.


  • Develop short and long-term goals for the hotel's sales and revenue management department by reviewing competitor data, demand analysis, and market mix, which will become the basis for short-term goals and the annual operational planning. In addition, ensure appropriate talent is identified and developed to achieve strategic goals and performance.
  • Supply critical analysis on company-wide decisions affecting pricing, occupancy, revenue goals, and product line sales strategies.
  • Lead Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing functions for entire America's FSD and a few Embassy Suites branded assets in select markets.
  • Develop a value proposition for FSD customers and align Marketing and Sales efforts accordingly
  • Evaluate and identify business opportunities for hotels, and work with them to develop overall business plan objectives. Proactively communicate to all Americas Commercial Service Leadership performance updates and progress against identified objectives.
  • Work with team members on goals to assist in accomplishing department initiatives, and their career objectives
  • Assess actual performance against standards to resolve whether the department is on target to reach its goals and take corrective actions appropriately.
  • Support new hotel acquisitions and transition through consultation, deployment of Hilton resources, positioning, brand initiation, and developing a pre-opening critical path for Sales and Marketing. Direct and lead all pre-opening processes for assigned hotels
  • Ensure the business plans and goals are followed and achieved, providing feedback, or revising the plan if needed.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Five (5) years of Sales, Revenue Management, and/or Commercial Experience
  • Five (5) years in the Hospitality industry with knowledge of analytical reports such as STAR, TravelClick products, and other industry reports
  • Five (5) years spent managing a team of professionals

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality or Economics
  • Ten (10) years of Sales, Revenue Management, and/or Commercial Experience
  • Ten (10) years in the Hospitality industry with knowledge of analytical reports such as STAR, TravelClick products, and other industry reports

*This position will be Virtual, except for within the state of Colorado.
