Title: Organizational Change Management Lead, IT
Hours: 8am - 5pm, at times off hour work.
Non-Exempt

Scope/Purpose of Position:
* In this role, the Change Management Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change leader will play a key role on transformational projects and other change initiatives to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement change management initiatives related to business processes, systems, and technologies while driving adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in alignment with change management methodologies.
* Focus on the ?people side' of change by applying a structured methodology to lead change management activities
* Analyze stakeholders, assess change impact and create change management strategies
* Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
* Integrate change management activities into project plans
* Identify and manage stakeholders and prepare risk mitigation tactics
* Create and maintain appropriate content channels and tools including newsletters, emails, FAQ pages, online content, and others as appropriate for impacted users" engagement and enablement
* Collaborate with project teams, front line managers and sponsors to support overall project success.
* Support communications and training efforts and delivery
* Support the IT Organizational Change Management Manager
* Support and engage leaders in the change effort
* Track and report change management adoption and successes

Education and Work Experience Requirements
* Bachelor"s degree
* Education or experience in IT, a plus
* Minimum of 4 years experience related to developing & successfully delivering change management work
* Change management certification (ie CCMP, Prosci) or similar change management designation desired

Required Skills
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci Process and ADKAR* Model is a plus
* Ability to create clear, compelling communication materials with a cohesive framework
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent active listening and engagement skills
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional
* Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Desired Skills:
* Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus
* Applying CM in a waterfall and agile environment
* Experience with large-scale and/or IT transformational organization change efforts
* Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
