Job Description:

Job Summary :

Deep cleaning of casino area and back of the house areas/equipments within levels of sanitation in accordance with Health Department.

Qualifications :

• Six months of work experience is required.

• Must be able to understand and speak English.

• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Degrease, Clean and Polish floors
  • Must able to operate heavy duty vacuum cleaners or floor cleaning equipment
  • Wipe Down all walls & doors.
  • Clean and grease built up behind all equipment.
  • Clean and degrease specific areas inside the casino
  • Clean and Polish s/s Tables, Counters, Shelves, Steam Tables and Hand Sinks.
  • Clean all air vents and a/c registers.
  • Removal of garbage as needed
  • Sweep Floors to remove any gum or substance.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:


  • Must be able to work inside the casino and maneuver throughout the casino areas.
  • Must be able to use the cleaning equipment/chemicals including but not limited to Floor Scrubbers, Vacuums, Blowers, Degreaser, Multi Purpose, Enzymes, etc.
  • Must be able to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to stop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push and pull while performing kitchen duties.

• Limpiar y pulir mesas, mostradores, estantes, lavamanos, pisos, etc.

• Limpiar todas las rejillas de ventilación y registros del aire acondicionado.

• Remover basura según sea necesario

• Barrer/limpiar los pisos para eliminar cualquier goma o sustancia.

• Cumplir con las pautas de asistencia al trabajo, políticas regulatorias, departamentales y de la empresa.

Exigencias Físicas, Mentales y Ambientales:


  • Debe poder trabajar dentro del casino y maniobrar en todas las áreas del casino.
  • Debe poder utilizar equipos / productos químicos de limpieza, incluidos, entre otros, fregadoras, aspiradoras, sopladoras, desengrasantes, multiusos, enzimas, etc.
  • Debe poder operar todo el equipo y maquinaria de limpieza.
  • Debe poder levantar hasta 100 libras.
  • Debe poder detenerse, agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse, alcanzar, empujar y tirar mientras realiza las tareas de la cocina.
