We're currently in need of an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our nursing staff at Cottage Rehabilitation Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess a California RN license, 3+ years' experience as a Clinical Manager in an acute rehabilitation program, basic MS Office skills and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Management - provides clinical consultation and supervision to nursing personnel and other staff as appropriate. Plus, Personnel Management and Development.
• Leadership - Implants a sense of authority and accountability in the patient care team resulting in a high degree of point-of-service effectiveness and productivity.
