GENERAL:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Injector. Due to continued growth and expansion OnePeak Medical, a fast-paced, rapidly growing healthcare company, has extended aesthetics services to more locations. We are seeking the very best Aesthetic Nurse with excellent people skills to fill a newly created role in the business. Clinical skills would include experience with neurotoxins and fillers. In addition to injecting, we are searching for a candidate who is willing to train and perform advanced aesthetic procedures. A professional appearance, expert communication skills and outstanding customer service experience are all essential qualifications for this high-profile position.

Schedule:

• 3-4 days/week – Roseburg, OR


• 1 day/week- Eugene, OR


• 2-3 days/month- Redmond/Bend, OR


• Other travel as needed/planned

DUTIES:

• Travel to up to 3 clinics weekly (4 monthly) to perform aesthetic services


• Evaluating clients’ suitability for aesthetic injections


• Acts as a liaison with Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to established client care standards with injectable and treatment protocols


• Outside marketing of services using materials supplied by OnePeak to help promote and grow practice


• Provide high-quality treatments that address skincare concerns


• Perform the following services with proficiency (with appropriate training/equipment)
  
  
  
  • Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers
  
  
  • Aesthetic PRP procedures
  
  
  • Laser Hair Removal/IPL Services
  
  
  • Microneedling (with and without PRP)
  
  
  • Dermaplaning
  
  
  • Microdermabrasion and chemical peels
  
  
  • Other treatments as determined by scope, necessity, and availability of products/equipment
  
  


• Perform consultations, both in person and over the phone


• Daily phone calls to reschedule clients that no show or cancel


• Perform skin assessments to identify problems and determine the appropriate treatment


• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional client experience while ensuring the safety of the client at all times


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Thorough understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards and guidelines


• Must be willing to travel between Roseburg, Eugene and Redmond (and potentially new locations as the Company expands)


• Proven time management and follow-up skills utilizing creativity, drive and patient service commitment to excellence

• Willingness to perform other advanced aesthetic procedures in addition to injectables


• Experience in upselling and cross-selling of services


• Must be able to multi-task


• Reliability and flexibility


• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills are required


• Valid Oregon Driver's License, automobile insurance, and ability to accept travel assignments as required to perform duties

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years aesthetic injectable experience preferred


• Must be a licensed RN, NP or ND in the state of Oregon


• Strong knowledge of skincare products and skincare regimens
