POSITION OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Developer will be integral to our digital transformation in Customer Experience (CX). This role will participate on the agile delivery team to deploy Salesforce as our enterprise CRM platform. After the deployment, the role will be a core team member of the Sales Enablement delivery team.

The Salesforce Developer will report to the Development Manager. This position is based at our corporate headquarters located in Spartanburg, SC, but has the option to work remotely. Travel requirements are minimal but may be occasionally necessary to provide on-site collaboration for projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a part of an agile delivery team


• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components in the Salesforce platform


• Configure tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals


• Develop integrations with web services technologies using REST/JSON


• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and support break/fix issues


• Collaborate with technical resources


• Document best practices and operational procedures

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform


• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred but not required


• Experience with the Mulesoft integration platform


• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or other related field


• Understand agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, MS DevOps, etc.)


• Knowledgeable of industry best practices


• Demonstrated communication and influencing skills


• Excellent organizational and time management skills
