SUMMARY: The Brand Activation Coordinator will assist with coordination and execution of all New England Revolution brand activations and will report to the Director of Fan & Community Engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all marketing appearances throughout the season to ensure that each event is executed to the best of its ability with the goal of generating new business and creating brand awareness
Develop, manage and maintain an appearance calendar for brand ambassadors and mascot
Manage an event revenue tracker by gathering data from the Business Intelligence team to ensure the goals and objectives for each event are being met
Actively recruit qualified brand ambassadors on a year-round basis
Maintain strict inventory and stock control on all brand activation equipment as well as overseeing the maintenance of the clubs promotional vehicles
Oversee the set-up, execution and breakdown of Fan Zone at Revolution home matches
Manage social media accounts for the clubs mascot and brand ambassadors
Uphold both the club's and the department's mission and core values in all programs
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will interface with Brand Ambassadors
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required
Self-motivated
Strong supervisory skills
Detail and results oriented
