Responsibilities

TheRelationship Specialist will provide superior member service to all members of Grow Financial. Relationship Specialists will be responsible to learn and develop skills to offer a full range of products and services such as process transactions; open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts; and discuss loan and retirement products. All Relationship Specialists establish and build meaningful relationships with our members to discover needs and provide a level of expertise and professionalism that is unmatched in the industry.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • This position requires that the employee possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement; strong interpersonal skills in a team environment a must.

  • Basic math skills required.

  • Demonstrated service skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment.

  • Must meet the necessary qualifications to obtain NMLS licensing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


  • Must be able to see and hear, write and speak English; bi-lingual helpful.

  • Must be able to type repetitive keystrokes.

  • Must be able sit or stand for extended periods.

  • Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

  • Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance, or with reasonable accommodation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT


  • Traditional office/retail setting.

  • Travel to other branches or locations required as needed.

  • Saturday and flexible hours when required.
