About the Opportunity
The position of the Senior Manager Application Delivery entails managing global team members, driving strong customer service, understanding the IT development and adapting communications skills, including Executive Level audience. Understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework to deliver IT services to ensure best practices of application delivery is a key attribute. To be successful in this role one must have strong customer focus, IT infrastructure acumen knowledge, development lifecycle, program management, and strong communications skills.
About the Responsibilities
Functional: program management, Finance knowledge, analytical skills, people manager and development knowledge of database and operating systems
Software skills: Strong Microsoft Suite of applications - Excel and Powerpoint
Soft skills: Customer service in communicating with internal and external customers with adaptability to all levels. A calm demeaner during escalations is a critical attribute.
