Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

Operationalize market insight across different inputs (sales reports, analyst relations, research, etc.) to improve marketing and sales efforts across several claims' groups

Identify market engagement opportunities and develop programs and practices to be leveraged across the marketing for several claims' groups.

Marketing leadership for various initiatives and claims business units, offering perspective and solutions to stakeholders to ensure appropriate strategic and executional support.

Activities include:

• Proactively considering and proposing the best opportunities to meet business needs


• Developing marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders


• Effectively/efficiently directing marketing team resources to deliver on initiatives


• Developing commercial messaging for greatest impact


• Applying best holistic marketing practices to deploy narrative that resonates with audience


• Applying best campaign marketing practices to deliver exceptional results


• Considering stakeholder requests throughout the year and pivot plan as necessary


• Continuously communicating results to senior stakeholders to drive conversations that will improve the business' marketing activities throughout the year


• Developing relationships across/in support of the business, including Sr. lever stakeholders


• Continuously demonstrating marketing's value in both strategy and execution


• Helping to develop practices that make it easy to work with the marketing team


• Collaborating with product, sales and various marketing groups/teams

Requirements:

• Experienced strategist who can apply broad, creative thinking


• Strong advocate for stakeholders


• A resourceful leader who is comfortable communicating with all levels and types of roles, takes swift, decisive action, desires accountability and has the political acumen necessary to navigate complexity


• Bachelor's degree in marketing; MBA a plus


• 8+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility


• Marketing for the P&C Claims industry is a big plus!


• Expert at stakeholder and resource management


• Ability to manage multiple projects - both strategic and executional -- simultaneously under tight deadlines.
