VP Product Operations at Blue Yonder in Scottsdale, Arizona

Overview:

Blue Yonder is looking for a VP of Product Operations to execute our growth strategy and establish market leadership. This leader will report to the Chief Development Officer, lead a team of Program Managers and work closely with the Executive Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross functional teams across Blue Yonder to help the Product Team execute optimally, deliver high impact projects efficiently and serve as a catalyst for organic and potentially inorganic growth. This role includes components of strategy, operations, and communications.

What you'll do:

• Product release management process and cross functional orchestration of successful delivery of innovative products to the market.




• Partner with Finance to drive annual planning and the investment decisions needed successfully to execute the product strategy.




• Driving a strong metrics driven management regime to define, track and report progress against product success through coordination of cross functional alignment and SLT updates.




• Manage the new product launch process, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.




• Lead program managers on driving successful execution of product delivery across all segments leading to reliable, high quality product releases.




• Part of the product leadership and participate in strategy formulation and execution.

What we are looking for:

• More than 10 years of global leadership experience in product/program management with a proven track record of success. Additional background in management consulting, industry research, or corporate strategy is a plus.




• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.




• Extensive experience managing product strategies and roadmaps for a large, diverse set of products.




• Experience leading product operations, transformation, and strategy in high performing SaaS companies with a large product portfolio.




• Expertise in mobilizing cross-functional teams to execute strategic operational initiatives.




• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to lead by influence.




• Able to navigate seamlessly between setting a strategy and executing/implementing.
