An established acute-care hospital system located in the central Massachusetts region is currently searching for multiple experienced Cytology and Histology Laboratory Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The Cytology and Histology Laboratory Supervisor will join a fully accredited and licensed clinical laboratory. This laboratory service line participates in the College of American Pathologists Laboratory Accreditation Program, the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, and the AABB accreditation for Donor Center and Transfusion activities.

The Cytology and Histology Laboratory Supervisor will work under the Manager of Laboratory Services and will help manage the clinical and administrative duties of the Histology and Cytology departments. The Laboratory Supervisor will oversee the personnel management within the department and will also serve as a subject matter expert. The Laboratory Supervisor must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with current registration as a Histotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).
