Job Description:

Prospera Property Management is hiring for the following positions:

• Maintenance Technician: Assist in maintaining buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. 2 years’ experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must and must have a High School Diploma or GED

• Lead Maintenance Technician: Maintain buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. 5 years’ experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must have a High School Diploma or GED

• Porter: (Kingsville) Responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required
