Position Objective

Deployment team leaders at Macprofessionals lead teams of workers who are processing computers and tablets. Team Leaders undergo training on each project and are expected to absorb and utilize a complete understanding of project requirements to ensure projects are executed as designed. Team Leaders ensure that the scope of work and best practices are followed explicitly during any assigned engagement. Team Leaders are expected to bring an appropriate level of professionalism to the workplace. For onsite work they will often be "the face of the company" in a customer environment, as well as being included in various customer and/or third-party vendor facing discussions. Team Leaders are expected to be change agents, looking for opportunities to improve processes and workflows, and communicating those observations to supervisors.

Essential Job Functions

* Ensure all personnel working in Deployment follow established workflows and processes. Work with management to address non-compliance.
* Direct, 100% supervision of deployment workers on that project.
* 100% enforcement of work requirements (e.g., gloves, phones).
* 100% monitoring of worker adherence to the PE documentation and proper workflow for each project.
* Oversight of tagging, casing, provisioning, re-boxing, QC, and palletization of complete ready-to-ship fully QC'd devices.
* Evaluate completed carts using QC tool.
* Accountable for real-time monitoring of worker performance against expected time targets (devices and carts) (which will be published for each project).
* Coordinate worker breaks and re-starts.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
* Responsible for physical tracking and storage of all peripherals used in Deployment, including all adapters, cards, cables, and asset tag guides.
* Ensure all shipments adhere to established practices ensuring accurate contents and counts.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

* Excellent people skills-customer and worker. Prior experience with supervision a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to think critically and enjoy knowledge sharing
* Familiarity with systematic problem isolation and resolution strategies

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

A strong core computer skill set. Familiarity with multiple operating systems, networking fundamentals, and connectivity is a must. At least of the following will demonstrate this:
Have or be in pursuit of a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or computer information systems.
Have previous work experience relating to iOS provisioning and PC/Mac imaging
Have experience with programming / scripting
Have experience with at least one major MDM provider, understand how MDM works in the Apple ecosystem
