In this position, you will serve as the Bank's face and the go-to person for our clients. You will consult with the client and their employees to provide recommendations and guidance based on the impact the benefits package has on employees and their insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to manage the relationship as a whole with defined large accounts.
As an Account Manager III, you can expect to feel challenged daily. This is a fast-paced position, with many moving pieces, so you will find yourself on your toes with no one day being like the next. Although working as part of a team on BOKFI's key and complex accounts, you will primarily work independently.
Our team is very collaborative. You'll work closely with account executives, analysts, and producers. Each member is vital in our processes' success so we have a very encouraging and motivating environment. Our managers have an open-door policy and lead by example by rolling up their sleeves to get the job done right the first time.

SOLID COMMUNICATOR: Expresses ideas concisely, speaks clearly, and can easily be understood. You'll tailor written communications to reach an audience effectively.
ORGANIZATION: You will need to be efficient to handle multiple requests and prioritize your work.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE: You enjoy working with others and remain positive in a fast-paced work environment.
INITIATIVE: You will need to identify what to do before being asked to do it and look at what's next to anticipate customer needs.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years ofexperience; or 8-10 years equivalent work-related experience.
