The Net Revenue Manager is responsible for innovating our capabilities in strategic pricing and promo, optimization. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can integrate this capability across brands, functions, and strategies, while simultaneously delivering superior results. Part of the Schwarzkopf Professional US and Alterna Global team, this role will need to understand a broad omnichannel presence (salons, specialty retail, ecommerce). This role will drive the NRM transformation across all of Schwarzkopf and Alterna, in partnership with the sales and marketing teams, as well as to the leadership team.

YOUR ROLE


  • Gather, analyze, and share primary and secondary promo and pricing insights in a systematic way

  • Partner with senior leadership in establishing business targets and multi-year NRM strategies

  • Drive best practices across all NRM levers to accelerate growth

  • Establish and evolve cross-functional NRM processes, cadence, governance, and responsibilities

YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business and/or marketing

  • Experience in Pricing, Promo, Assortment, Trade Investment and other Net Revenue Management Analytical practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Advanced Analytics acumen, agile ways of working to manage data

  • Advanced knowledge of computer application packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen


  • Able to develop insight from complex data sets and to develop concise, practical recommendations for execution
