Analyze, design, develop, test & support process automations for APLA’s MPO and Logistics business operations. SME and RPA Automation (A360) expert for APLA Automation CoE.
Provide guidance, architecture and engineering support to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Automation Anywhere.
Be the tech representation for Process Automation in APLA with specific focus on RPA using A360. Ability to provide insight into picking the right tool for automation.
Lead the requirements gathering and design sessions with business partners
Participate in intake and prioritization meetings with business stakeholder and provide technical direction and input as and when needed.
Own the technical roadmap, governance and operating model for process automations in APLA
Build relationship with Enterprise Platforms and other CoE’s in Nike to leverage and adopt best practices in APLA Automation CoE
Be a leader in Automation for APLA and provide a platform for all territory teams to communicate and share knowledge and best practices in the process automation space.
Provide technical direction on process re-engineering, automation tool adoption, design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
Lead estimation and planning activities with offshore development team
Communicate effectively with RPA engineers offshore, geo & business partners in WHQ and APLA territories on progress, task assignments, daily plan, support issues.
Participate in demos, code reviews, and retrospectives; communicate ideas for tech teams’ continuous improvement
Focuses on delivering business priority and value
Participate in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Monitor and support bots in production
Skills
3+ years of hands on experience in (RPA) Robotics Process Automation
Strong hands on experience using Automation Anywhere RPA – A2019/A360
Ability to develop solution along with alternatives to automate the business process using RPA platforms
Experience with QA automated testing
Effective communicator with excellent relationship building interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving skills adept at working in challenging and dynamic environment and with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to work across time zones to support our global businesses
Adept in Robotic Process Automation Solution designing, Coding, Testing, Debugging and documentation and implementation
Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes including – market place operations, logistics, transportation & distribution is desired
