We are currently seeking a visionary sales professional to join our team as an Annuities External Wholesaler. This role will engage in both wholesaling and point of sales activities to enhance our sales in the Advisor Channel covering the Rocky Mountain region.

As one of the leaders in the annuities marketplace, this role will be focused on regional sales of Prudential fixed indexed and variable annuity products. This role will report to a Divisional Sales Manager, will require significant travel, and will be required to be located in Colorado.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong fixed and variable annuity product knowledge




• Minimum 5 years of experience in a front-line sales role




• Strong sales and relationship management experience required




• Demonstrated sales production with new and existing Financial Advisors is a plus




• Knowledge of financial markets with experience in a financial services organization preferred




• Understanding of how annuity products fit within the overall financial planning landscape preferred




• Analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills are required




• Series 6 or 7 and 63 and state Insurance licenses are required (Resident and/or non-resident as defined by territory)




• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary and sales incentives. Salary range specific to Colorado: $65,000 base salary plus sales incentives. Sales incentives are based upon achieving sales results in the covered territory. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
