A Front Office Manager with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for managing, coordinating and supervising the activities of the Front Desk and the Assistant Front Desk Managers to ensure the highest level of courteous and efficient service to all internal and external customers. Supports the Director and Assistant Director in the management of the department, which includes such duties as Quality Training, payroll, forecasting, and meeting departmental objectives.
