We are growing and continuing to hire for all positions! Nolan Real Estate Services is a Kansas City-based real estate firm that owns and manages over 7000+ units, in Kansas, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois. Over the next five years, we will continue to grow and acquiring communities now!
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for:
- Completing resident work orders in a timely manner.
- Completing all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).
