The Product Owner III will drive the release of new features that span a variety of business functions, whether introducing operational improvements, furthering our technical capabilities, or enhancing our customer experience. They will play a key role in identifying business opportunities within their vertical and engaging with the appropriate agile sprint teams in releasing features to best address those business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify business opportunities through direct engagement with clients and other external stakeholders as well as market research efforts
Engage internal stakeholders as appropriate in gathering additional business requirements
Drive requirements prioritization activities within their agile sprint team(s)
Assist in user research efforts as needed alongside UX/UI Designers
Participate in key sprint events (sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos)
Identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
Produce marketing collateral in conjunction with the appropriate business departments as part of release rollout
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on release outcomes
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent work experience desired
Skills & Experience
8-12 years' experience working on B2B or B2B2C, SAAS-based product teams desired
Scrum / agile certification a plus
Experience in a healthcare-related field a plus
Experience in any of the following tools preferred:
Google Analytics / Firebase
Hubspot
JIRA / Confluence
Smartsheet
Tableau
Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams
Agile methodologies
Prioritizing requirements
Preparing presentations for all levels of stakeholders, from colleagues to C-level
