JOB SUMMARY AND ENVIRONMENT:

As a VIP agent you will be responsible completing arrival and departure transactions for our VIP guests checking in/out of the hotel. VIP representatives assist in booking all dinner, show, entertainment, and any additional requests for our VIP's. Additionally, VIP agents are resources for all guest questions and are empowered to assist VIP's when resolving any guest concerns.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

Hotel Supervisor & Hotel Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

1. Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIP'

2. Assist VIP's with questions about the city and property

3. Assist VIP's with booking dinner, show, etc...

4. Assists with guest service recovery

5. Maintains and Upbeat and Positive attitude at all time

6. Responsible for being apprized of current events in hotel to assist VIP's

7. Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests

8. Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external)

9. Anticipating guests needs and guest expectation

NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Proficient in a second language would be beneficial.

3. Self starter with strong problem solving ability

THE PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS LISTED GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION. THE ACTUAL EXERTION LEVEL (AND FREQUENCY OF USE) CAN AND DOES FLUCTUATE DEPENDING ON THE INDIVIDUAL TASKS BEING PERFORMED.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to perform reaching, stooping and /or crouching motions repeatedly

2. Must be able to communicate verbally

3. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

4. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
