SUMMARY
Receptionist of the New Amsterdam Rock quarry
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greeting customers and assisting them with needs
Answer phone calls
Time Entry
Handwritten tickets for customers purchasing stone
Handling of cash or check
Data Entry
Keeping parts room and office areas organized and clean
Helping stock deliveries
Assist onsite Supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
