Manufacturing Maintenance Intern at Vallourec in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

PROJECTS:

Candidate will work with the Maintenance/Operations team to develop reliable preventative maintenance plan for new PMC CNC Threader and Bucking unit and conduct the following:

• Create Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA)


• Create Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order procedures


• Input PM work order schedule in SAP


• Participate in start-up period Root Cause Analyses (RCA)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate will work with the maintenance team to solidify current Total Productive Maintenance Program to include:

• Scheduled Maintenance plan in SAP concurs with HVMS578 Attachment 1 Master Maintenance Plan List R3


• PM plans and procedures contained in SAP meet general standardization criteria


• Spare parts storage/accountability in Maintenance locations


• Develop 5S routines to be carried out by the maintenance team members

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ideal candidate will seek degree in Industrial Mechanical or Electrical. Be familiar, or, experienced in preventative maintenance strategies.
