Job Description:

The Youth Recovery Specialist will supervise and care for residents of the house on a rotating on-duty, off-duty basis, while providing an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. The Youth Recovery Specialist is responsible for the daily living routine and general management of the house so that each resident can grow and develop as an individual to his/her fullest capacity. The position is mainly one of supervision and maintenance. The Youth Recovery Specialist may have a "floating" schedule or a "regular" schedule. A "floating" Youth Recovery Specialist may be scheduled at either facility on an as-needed basis and hours may change or be added with little warning. A "regular" Youth Recovery Specialist will have a regular schedule at one of our facilities. This schedule may change as staff changes and as on-call needs dictate.
