  • Develop and monitor contractual maintenance agreements, including researching regulated standards for work scope and gathering cost estimations.

  • Conduct periodic inspection of assets and document any observed issues.

  • Oversee the development of preventive maintenance work.

  • Assist in developing the annual department operating budget, review and analyze monthly operating statements and provide information on variances.

  • Perform related work as required.

Your “Landing” will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma and minimum three (3) years of experience in building maintenance, or equivalent education and years of experience

  • Able to work a schedule of Sunday – Wednesday 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

  • Associates degree and previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) preferred, along with applicable skilled trades licenses

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including excellent medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and holidays.
