SUMMARY

In this newly created role, you will lead our senior housing clients in solving problems and building the foundation of strategic, behavior-changing ideas. We are seeking someone to leverage our industry-leading seniors housing data and analytics capabilities to redefine the standard for seniors housing marketing.  The Leader, Digital Marketing will need to develop a firm understanding of the senior housing business, its customers, and competition.  We are looking for someone who can challenge those around them internally and externally, customize their approach to each client, and ultimately influence behaviors and actions to drive results. This role may work from either of our Dallas, TX or Toledo, OH office locations.

The Leader, Digital Marketing will evaluate the customer journey, lead nurturing and marketing automation, and support the continuing transition to online marketing to improve effectiveness.  You’ll be expected to excel in building a strategic marketing approach, drive internal and external stakeholders to alignment, and shepherd a strategic solution through to tactical output.  Additionally, the role will evaluate marketing budgets, plans, metrics, and effectiveness across our clients to develop insights and inform future investment decisions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Study and identify current state of digital marketing practices within seniors housing. Develop digital marketing strategy and best practices and apply to guide client teams to develop effective campaigns. 

  • Standardize KPIs and generate dashboards to evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend and inform future investment decisions.

  • Define problems, research and pilot solutions, measure results, and extract insights to drive financial performance.

  • Lead research projects in partnership with research stakeholders (internal /external). Analyze and distill research, develop points of view, and present findings internally and externally. 

  • Develop marketing strategy and tactics to target prospects earlier in the customer journey and implement sophisticated, automated lead-nurturing techniques.

  • Develop strong client relationships and push and challenge clients to guide strategic direction.

  • Evaluate and influence client marketing budgets and spend effectiveness. Guide the development of data-driven metrics and dashboards to inform marketing spend decisions.

  • Identify best practices, consultants, and vendors to assist clients in digital marketing tactical execution. Inform and challenge clients on effective omnichannel marketing and sales to provide the best customer experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and advertising

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required

  • Extensive knowledge of predominant digital marketing platforms as well as marketing automation and lead software

  • Experience developing strategic frameworks and driving engagement and execution

  • Experience with brand positioning, audience research and insight development, digital marketing and channel strategies, and omnichannel marketing.

  • Research skills, including methodology development and ability to make recommendations off research findings

  • Experience preparing business and marketing plans to pitch to internal and external clients
