DESCRIPTION
The Civil Associate I - Bridge Inspection will join our Structural team performing inspections of bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, noise walls, culverts, and/or sign structures. You will prepare inspection reports that document the condition of the structures you inspect.

  • Most days will be spent in the field supporting a team leader inspecting bridges, culverts, noise walls, retaining walls, sign structures, etc.

  • Other days will be spent in the office preparing inspection reports.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 1 - 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to build relationships with staff and clients.

  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to long term success in this role.

  • Quickly get up to speed on our policy, procedures and relevant software while acquiring an understanding of the company's service offerings and standards relevant to your projects.

  • Microsoft Office suite.
