The intern in this role will gaininsight into talent management competencies and specialties in the various areas of Human Resources including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of a Human Resources team, as well as to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Execute challenging assignments, collaborate with teams outside of the HR team, and present your findings to our leadership team.
Use software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Gather, collect, record, track and be able to verify data and information from multiple sources.
Support projects in general HR areas such as HR assessments and audits.
Run reports and conduct data analysis for special projects and provide concise, accurate presentations of data.
Competencies and skills
All majors considered; Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, or Marketing focused majors are a plus.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
