Federal Core and Operational Data Network Service Now Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the project tools team to integrate software tools to create customer portal with the ServiceNow as the centerpiece
REQUIRED:
US Citizen, TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly
Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
Proven experience deploying and using ServiceNow to manage workflows across IT support teams.
Strong collaboration skills; works well on a team
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Strong leadership skills, proven experience leading a team
Understanding of customer IAA components (CASPORT)
5-10 years’ experience with ServiceNow
Must have ServiceNow administration, configuration and development experience
Experience directing and training team member on ServiceNow and integration with other toolsets – JIRA, SolarWinds
Experience writing and troubleshooting scripts
Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment
Security+ or CISSP certified
DESIRED:
Strong knowledge of Information Technology Service Management, ITIL preferably
Ability to conduct training
Experience with configuration management tools
